Charge time depends on your pack size and charger: a mid-size pack is often an overnight charge on the standard 2A, while the quick 3A charger is about 50% faster.

🔌 How long does it take to charge the battery?

It depends on your pack size, charger, current charge level, and battery age. We offer two chargers:

Charge time by charger

  • Standard 2A — Charge speed: Baseline · Mid-size pack: Often an overnight-ish charge
  • Quick 3A — Charge speed: ~50% faster than the 2A · Mid-size pack: Meaningfully less than the 2A
As a ballpark, a mid-size pack on the 2A charger is often an overnight-ish charge, and larger packs take longer; the 3A cuts that down meaningfully. We recommend topping up after each ride to get the most range next time. For battery longevity, charging to ~80–90% for daily use and doing full charges before long rides is easy on the pack. Always match the charger to the pack (54.6V for 48V, 58.8V for 52V), charge on a non-flammable surface, and unplug when done.

⚠️ Never: mix a 48V and 52V charger.
