๐ Batteries Are Final Sale
Batteries are non-returnable and cannot be returned or exchanged โ full stop. This is standard practice for lithium-ion battery packs: for safety and liability reasons, a battery that's left our warehouse can't be put back into inventory.
We know that's a firm line, so here's how we make sure you're taken care of:
- We'll help you choose the right pack before you buy. Voltage (48V vs 52V), capacity (Ah/Wh and real-world range), and physical fit on your frame all matter. Use our printable actual-size battery templates to confirm clearance, and message us with your bike and riding goals โ we do this every day and would much rather dial it in up front.
- Defect coverage still applies. "Final sale" is not "no support." If a battery arrives dead or fails from a genuine manufacturing defect (not misuse, wrong charger, or damage), it's covered under our 90-day warranty below. Reach out with photos, video, and the serial number and we'll make it right.
- Double-check at checkout. Confirm the voltage and capacity you selected match your kit and your goals before you place the order, since battery orders can only be stopped before they're processed.
