๐ง Installation Power Issue โ Troubleshooting Checklist
Just finished your install and the kit won't power up? This is nearly always a connection that isn't fully seated โ brand-new Higo connectors can take a firm push to click home. Work through these in order:
- Battery mount: Confirm the battery is fully seated and locked on. Check the battery-specific mounting video if unsure. (Mount references: Ultra Slim Shark mount, Dolphin mount, Shark mount.)
- Battery power: Make sure the pack is switched on (Ultra Slim Shark has no switch; Dolphin uses a press button; others use "โ" for on, "o" for off).
- Charge level: Hold the indicator button โ 1 red light โ 25%, plus green lights for more.
- Every connection (battery removed):
- Reinstall and lock the battery.
- Power the battery back on (per step 2).
- Power up display and motor using your display's manual (C961, 500C, or DPC-18).
